Rep Ticketing Services is open for telephone business during the following hours:

Monday-Friday: 10 a.m. until the start of the final performance of the day
Saturday & Sunday: 12 noon until until the start of the final performance of the day
On non-performance days: Monday-Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 12 noon to 4 p.m., Closed Sunday

*Closed some holidays and off-season weekends.

The Rep has two locations for purchasing tickets in person:

Midtown

Ticket window in the lobby of Spencer Theatre in the UMKC Performing Arts Center, 4949 Cherry Street. There is free 15-minute parking directly in front of the Performing Arts Center for ticket transactions during regular business hours.
**This location will be closed from December 27-January 2. It will re-open on January 3**

Downtown:

The lobby of our Copaken Stage, located adjacent to the H&R Block World Headquarters, 13th & Main. Enter the lobby through H&R Block and come to the inside window.

Rep Ticketing Services is open for walk-up business during the following hours:

On performance days: Until one-half hour after show time.
On non-performance days: Monday-Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 12 noon to 4 p.m., Closed Sunday

Fax your order to 816-235-5508 by noon on your chosen performance day.
A return fax will be sent to you for confirmation.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.

Ticket Exchange

All sales are final. There are no refunds.

Ticket exchanges are free for Rep Season Ticket Holders as long as they are exchanged 24 hours prior to the event. There are NO exchanges for single tickets. To exchange subscription tickets, please call the Box Office, 816-235-2700, or toll-free, 888-502-2700.

Please note: There are no refunds or exchanges for inclement weather. The show must go on!

Standard Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be purchased online for any dollar amount . The receiver may apply the amount of the gift certificate towards single tickets or a season pass. Gift certificates may also be purchased by phone, 816-235-2700, or in person at our Box Office in Spencer Theatre, 4949 Cherry Street.
